By commissioning The Deer Den, you automatically agree to these terms of service.PaymentI offer flexible payment plans on a case-by-case basis. All orders require a down payment. Suits must be completely paid off before they’re shipped. No suits will be sent out if there is a remaining balance.QuotesYour quote is only guaranteed once a down payment has been made. If time has passed since receiving your quote, you’ll need to request an updated one, as prices may change.ShippingShipping cost is calculated and collected after the suit is completed. All suits are shipped with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation to ensure they reach you safely. I am not responsible for shipping issues or delays, though I will always work with you to try to resolve the problem. International orders may be subject to customs holds or charges that I have no control over. Buyer is responsible for any fees that may occur.Refunds/CancellationsI do not offer refunds (unless I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances). If you decide to cancel the commission, all payments made will be forfeited. If canceled, I reserve the right to sell the finished suit as a premade.WarrantyIf there is an issue or your suit requires repairs (popped seams, loose parts, etc), I am happy to fix the problem. Shipping to & from my workshop must be covered by the client. Suits that fit improperly due to incorrect measurements provided by the buyer are not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by improper use or rough handling is not covered by this warranty. Modifying the suit in any way (shaving, painting, cutting, etc) voids this warranty. Buyer is responsible for ensuring the fursuit is properly cared for.CommunicationI will send updates and progress pictures throughout the entire process. Clients may request minor adjustments within reason, but major adjustments may require an extra charge or may not be possible. I always work off the reference sheet, sketches approved by clients, and information I’ve gathered from clients. If a change needs to be made that wasn’t clear in the reference image or communicated beforehand, an extra charge may occur. Please communicate any features you’d like on your suit (magnetic eyelids, Velcro tongue, paw squeakers, etc) before I start working on the commission. If there is a miscommunication, I may not be able to go back and fix things done in prior steps.Please respond to messages in a timely manner. If no messages have been answered and no payments have been made in 30 days without prior warning, a commission may be cancelled with no refund issued.
